VIDA RESIDENCE
This one-bedroom apartment was fully reimagined for a recently married couple seeking a retro-inspired interior with lasting appeal. The original layout, particularly within the bedroom, lacked cohesion and did not make the most of the available space.
The redesign introduced a carefully balanced 1970s influence through layered materials and bespoke detailing. The kitchen became a focal point, featuring a mix of subway tiles in three tones, paired with dark wood elements to ground the palette. Limewash finishes were applied across walls and ceilings, softening the space and creating a seamless, enveloping atmosphere.
The bedroom layout was restructured to improve flow and functionality, ensuring that every area feels intentional and well resolved. Despite a tight timeline, the project was executed with precision, resulting in a space that mirrors the original concept faithfully.
The final interior feels nostalgic yet refined, expressive yet timeless, a home that reflects both personality and thoughtful restraint.
