THE GRAND 34
Designed as an investment property, this project required a careful balance between neutrality and warmth. The objective was to create an interior that would appeal to a broad demographic while still feeling inviting and considered.
The design focused on timeless finishes and a restrained colour palette, layered with soft textures to introduce comfort and subtle character. Furnishings were selected to feel contemporary yet enduring, avoiding trend-driven choices that could date quickly.
The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, allowing potential tenants to envision themselves within the space. Completed efficiently and delivered without delays, the property was quickly rented, reflecting a design approach rooted in both aesthetic clarity and strategic foresight.
