Founded in 2023 and based in Dubai, the studio works primarily on high-end residential projects, while also collaborating with brands, developers, and commercial clients. Whether designing a private home, a retail space, or an investment property, the focus remains the same: to create spaces that feel effortless to live in, refined in detail, and grounded in longevity.

ABOUT SERENA TERZIAN
Born and raised in the UAE, Serena’s approach to interior design is shaped by an intuitive understanding of people, cultures, and the way spaces are lived in. Her work is informed by both regional sensitivity and a global outlook, developed through her studies in interior architecture at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts in Lebanon, where she completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees.
Before founding SETE Interiors, Serena spent over a decade working across a range of design studios, contributing to residential, commercial, hospitality, and F&B projects. This experience instilled a deep respect for process, precision, and the importance of execution, values that remain central to her work today.
Serena designs with empathy. Each project is approached as if it were her own home, with careful attention to how a space will be used, experienced, and maintained over time. She places strong emphasis on clarity and trust, ensuring that what is presented to a client through concepts or visualisations is delivered faithfully in reality. This commitment allows her clients to feel confident, supported, and at ease throughout the journey.
Fluent in multiple languages and accustomed to working with clients from diverse backgrounds, Serena is known for her calm communication and transparent approach. The spaces she creates are not about following trends, but about shaping environments that feel personal, balanced, and quietly enduring.
