CITYWALK APARTMENT

Located in one of Citywalk’s earliest buildings, this apartment required a complete reimagining. The existing layout was restrictive, with outdated finishes and a master bedroom that lacked both flow and function.

The project focused on redefining circulation within the constraints of the building, allowing the apartment to unfold more naturally. The master suite was carefully reworked, transforming an underused storage area into a generous walk-in wardrobe and vanity space, while simultaneously expanding both the bedroom and ensuite to feel lighter and more considered.

Throughout the home, the design language remains minimal yet warm. A neutral palette is layered with curated elements to introduce character without excess. In the kitchen, the existing carcass was retained, while all finishes were replaced, including new countertops and an updated island, allowing for a refreshed aesthetic without unnecessary waste.

Storage was integrated discreetly across the apartment, ensuring the space feels calm and uncluttered, while still highly functional for everyday living. Each design decision was guided by longevity and ease, resulting in interiors that feel timeless rather than trend-driven.

Executed with precision, the final result reflects exactly what was envisioned during the design phase. A transformation that feels effortless, refined, and deeply personal, so much so that the client described living in the apartment as “feeling like being in a hotel every day.”
