UMM SUQEIM VILLA

This furnishing project in Umm Suqeim focused on transforming a rental villa into a calm, neutral retreat. The client sought a nature-inspired atmosphere and gave SETE Interiors full creative freedom to curate the interior.

Working within the limitations of a rental property required thoughtful and subtle interventions. The design introduced rental-friendly modifications, including enclosing the open space beneath the staircase and refining the kitchen with a more cohesive finish.

The layout was also reimagined to improve flow and functionality. By repositioning the living area and optimising the spatial arrangement, the villa now feels more balanced, comfortable, and serene.

The result is a relaxed and elegant home where neutral tones, natural textures, and considered design come together to create a peaceful everyday environment.
